All you need to do is use the account maintenance feature and your listing will be updated immediately and the changes will take place on the next update. Since updates are made hourly, you will see this happen with in 30 min!

What if my site has been down for a few days or more?

If you don't send any hits within a 48hr period then your account will be deleted. If you check your account and its gone, then simply open a new one.

I signed up hours ago, and my site still hasn't been listed!

I signed up today, and it I don't think my ranking is as high as it should be.

Only the top 50 sites are listed. To make the list you need to send more hits for that day than the last person on the list. Updates are made every 30 min, yet sites are listed according to the traffic they've sent so far that day, if you have a high traffic site you wont be accurately listed amongst the other sites until the new day starts and all counters are reset.

Ohhhh you idiot! Send us an email and we will send it to you on the email you listed when you signed up. If for some reason that email no longer works or was entered incorrectly, then you will need to open a new account.
